An event on challenges of leadership in the cultural fabric of Myanmar – a space for interacting and gaining new insights.
How do traditional and modern forms of leadership play together in the fast transformation of Myanmar today? An exhibition presented historic figures and religious principles of leadership and invited the visitors to voice their expectations towards leaders today.
The introduction of leadership archetypes with associated colours and movements stimulated the participants to express their own leadership styles. Taking position in designated corners of the room, they mingled with fellow leaders and shared their experience.
Revealing their personal responses to current leadership challenges, five panelists from business, government and civil society offered insights across sectors and positions that triggered questions and a dynamic discussion.
80 participants from various sectors of society interacted with each other, shared experiences and engaged in dialogue with the panelists.
